对经近等温锻造和梯度热处理的Ti2AlNb/TC11异种合金电子束焊接头组织中各种形态相所占的体积百分数对强度的影响进行了研究。结果表明:电子柬焊接的Ti2AlNb/TC11异种合金接头焊缝组织主要是由B2相基体及α2、O相组成的,不同温度等温锻造和梯度热处理后,各相形态及其体积百分数发生了改变,影响焊缝的力学性能。同时,由试验所得性能数据尝试建立了较为可信的性能与各形态相体积百分数之间的数学关系式。
The effects of various forms of phase volume fractions of nearly isothermal forging and heat treatment on the strength of Ti2AINb/TC 11 dissimilar alloy electron beam joint were studied. The results show that the welded joints consist of phase B2, α2 and O. Under different temperature forging and heat treatment, the change of various forms of phase volume fractions which affect the performance of joints were studied. A reliable mathematical relationship between performance and various forms of phase volume fractions in Ti2AINb/TC11 alloys were established.
