哈尔滨慧隆苑办公楼采用18层框架-剪力墙结构,由于功能要求,须对其17、18两层原结构施工图进行抽柱修改设计。本文扼要地对与所抽柱相关的梁的材料选择、截面选择、荷载取值与内力计算、预应力效应的考虑、预应力筋与非预应力筋的选配及抽柱后对其相邻柱子的验算与补强等问题进行了分析。
The 18- story frame - shear wall structure is used for an office building named HuiLongyuan in harbin. To meet the owner's requirement, the columns of 17 and 18 - story need to be removed. The following problems in designing these frame - shear wall structures are analyzed : how to determine the material of the frame - shear wall, prestressing techniques, profile of prestressing strand; how to calculate external loads and internal forces, the effect of prestressing; how to compute areas of prestressing strands and non - prestressing steel and how to validate and makeup intensity of the interrelated column after removing the column in prestressed concrete girders.
