铝的阳极氧化法是一种应用于模板合成领域的重要技术,制得的阳极氧化铝模板能合成纳米线、纳米管等低维纳米材料。近年来,人们为了进一步增强氧化铝模板的有序性,采用了微孔诱导氧化铝模板制备技术。介绍了此类技术中的印模印刷术、聚焦离子束法及激光全息技术。制得的超高有序度的模板由于孔间距和孔径可调且基本恒定,在强激光的作用下可提高X射线产额,使其在强激光与物质相互作用领域拥有广阔的应用前景。
Anodized oxidization of aluminium is an important technique applied in template composition field. Alumina templates prepared in such way have been uesd for low-demension nano materials, such as nano wire and nano pipe. Recently techniques for micropore-guiding alumina templates have been employed for more order-degree increment of anodie alumina template. Such techniques, including stamps nanoimprinting lithography, focused-ion-beam sputtering and laser holographic printing, are introduced. Ultra-high ordered alumina templates may be used to increase the yield of X-ray under the action of intense laser because of its adjustion and basic invariability of its interpore distance and pore size. It may also have a wide-use foreground in the field of interaction between intense laser and mass.
