在盆栽条件下,研究6种盐分土壤对3个不同耐盐性小麦品种剑叶衰老特性和产量的影响。结果表明:随土壤盐分浓度的增加,籽粒形成与灌浆过程中剑叶丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性降低,剑叶SPAD值下降,盐分胁迫加速剑叶衰老进程,导致粒重降低,产量下降。品种间的变化趋势一致。低盐胁迫下MDA含量、SOD、CAT活性、剑叶SPAD值、产量与对照差异不显著,高盐胁迫下上述指标与对照差异显著。耐盐品种的各衰老生理指标和产量变化幅度小于耐盐性弱的品种。
Effects of salt stress on senescence of flag leaves after anthesis and grain yield in wheat were studied. The results indicated that MDA content in flag leaves increased, while the activity of superoxide dismatase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) decreased and SPAD values in flag leaves after anthesis decreased with the increase of salt level, which resulted in the decrease of dry matter accumulation and grain yield. There was no significant difference in physiological parameters between low salt levels and control, but significant difference was found between high salt levels and control. The response of wheat to salt stress varied with variety. The changing range of senescence indices and grain yield was smaller in salt-tolerant varieties than that in salt-sensitive varieties.
