研究了以T业原料配料,P2O5与SO3掺杂对硅酸盐水泥熟料矿物形成的影响。借助X射线衍射和岩卡目测试分析了,矿物形成过程。结果表明:单掺P2O5在1450℃、保温1h条件下,降低了熟料中C3S的含量:复掺P2O5、SO3可以明显提高熟料中C3S含量,随SO3掺量的提高C3S量有所降低,但较空白样要高。P2O5的最佳掺量为0.22%-0.26%;SO3最佳掺量为1%左右。复掺P2O5和SO3,促进了C3S晶体的长大,影响了C3S的结品过程,对C3S结晶的影响不大。
The formation of portland cement clinker doped with P2O5 and SO3 was investigated.By X-ray diffraction accompanied the quantitative analysis and microscopy were used.Results showed that independently doping of P2O5 reduced C3S content in clinker. Combined doping of P2O5 and SO3 could significantly improve C3S content.With the increasing of SO3 dosage, the C3S content decreased, but was still higher than that of the blank clinker.The optimal content of P2O5 was 0.22%-0.26% ,while that of SO3 was about 1%. Combined doping of P2O5 and SO3 promoted the growth of C3S crystals and altered the crystallization process, but had little effect on C2S crystallization.
