This paper analyses factors affecting farmers＇ satisfaction with agricultural technology promotion policy based on data collected in Jiangxi Province.It found that technology guidance evaluation,farm machinery allowance evaluation,technology-using rewarding and supporting evaluation have direct effect on satisfaction degree on agricultural technology promotion policy as intermediate variables.Farmers＇ physical condition,technology-using model,family population,different landforms,agriculture infrastructure evaluation have direct effect on satisfaction degree.The age,people＇s education,production scale,status in the village（being the village cadres or not）,numbers of family outdoor-workers,etc have indirect effect.
