管棚注浆法是地下结构工程浅埋暗挖时通常采用的一种超前支护方法.以青岛地铁一期(3号线)土建10标段河西站—河东站区间工程暗挖隧道所处的富水砂层地质条件为例,应用MIDAS/GTS有限元软件分别模拟分析了不采用和采用管棚注浆时围岩的位移场情况,说明采用管棚注浆法能显著抑制富水砂层的变形,减少隧道支护结构的变形,避免浅埋流砂层开挖中塌方现象的产生.
Pipe roof grouting method,as a kind of advanced support technology,is usually a- dopted for shallow excavation of underground structure. This paper takes the project as an example of water-rich sand tunnel geological conditions in Qingdao Subway (Line 3) civil engineering of 10 blocks between Hexi-Hedong Station, respectively analyzes the conditions of displacement field using pipe roof grouting or not with the finite element software MIDAS/ GTS. The result indicates that using pipe roof grouting rock can significantly restrain deformation of water-rich sand, reduce the deformation of tunnel support structure, and avoid generating landslides phenomena when digging the shallow buried quicksand.
