The scientific evaluating method can promote the management and improvement of the quality work. Based on the present quality policy, the operational effectiveness of quality work assessment mechanism will be shown in three aspects including quality awareness, quality atmosphere, and quality innovation and development. The fuzzy matching method will be adopted to establish evaluating model. By operating this model, it can offer an assessment of the operational effectiveness of quality work eValuating mechanism in Hubei province. It has found that the performance of quality work assessment policies in Hubei province is outstanding on the whole, which proves the effectiveness of this model.
