研究了ZL102铸造铝合金在300-460℃和挤压比为15-75的热变形对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,均匀化后的铸态ZL102铝合金随温度和挤压比的增大,力学性能得到提高,其强度由154MPa提高到159MPa,伸长率从4%提高到24%,断面收缩率从4%提高到33%。ZL102铸造铝合金在340℃左右和挤压比为15时,共品组织由针状组织变成细小的球形颗粒状组织,提高了该合金的塑性,同时具有较高的力学性能。
The influences of temperature (300 -460℃ ) and extrusion ratio (15 -75) on microstructure and properties of ZL102 were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of ZL102 significantly improve with the increase of extrusion ratio and temperature, the strength of the alloy increases from 154 MPa to 159 MPa, the elongation increases from 4% to 24%, the section shrinkage increases from 4% to 33%. Under the conditions of temperature about 340℃ and extrusion ratio 15, the needle-like eutectic microstructure of ZL102 alloy is changed into small spherical granule, the plastic of ZL 102 alloy increases, which has higher mechanical properties.
