为评价土工布夹层的抗反射裂缝性能,制备了带切缝的复合梁试件,采用动态加载试验方法,以承载次数和提升系数为指标研究了粘层油洒布量、路面服役温度、荷载水平等因素对土工布夹层抗反射裂缝性能的影响规律.结果表明:设置土工布夹层可使复合梁抗反射裂缝能力得到显著提升;随着土工布夹层粘层油用量的增加,含土工布夹层复合梁的承载次数呈现先增加后减小的变化规律,表明粘层油用量存在最佳值;当试验温度或施加荷载提高后,含土工布夹层复合梁试件的承载次数迅速衰减,但降低程度远小于普通复合梁,表明土工布夹层存在可改变复合梁结构对荷载和温度的敏感性.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of anti-reflective cracking system that has a geotextile in the interlayer zone.For this objective,a two layers test piece which represents the pavement structure were prepared in laboratory and tested using the dynamic loading device under different experimental conditions.The influence of tack coat dosage,temperature and load level on the the effective of geotextile were analysed using the index of service life and improvement rate.The results show that the performance of anti-reflective cracking system that has a geotextile in the interlayer zone would be improved.With the increase of tack coat dosage,the service life of piece would increase firstly and then decrease which indicates there is an optimal dosage for tack coat.When the temperature or load level increasing,a significant reduction in the service life of experimental group would happen,while the decline proportion is far less than reference group,which suggests that the geotextile interlining can change the sensitivity of the composite beam structure to load and temperature.
