目的观察体检中心对2型糖尿病患者实施健康教育干预的效果。方法本组100例均为2012年6月~2014年6月来我院体检中心确诊的2型糖尿病患者,对其采取集中授课、观看多媒体电教片、座淡、随机提问、宣传栏、图片、发放健康教育手册、个别辅导等形式进行健康教育。出院后上门随访,电话联系给予指导。健康教育干预的内容主要包括心理干预、饮食干预、运动干预、用药知识干预、血糖的监测和异常血糖的处理五个方面。结果干预1年后,100例2型糖尿病患者对糖尿病的诱发因素、饮食知识、运动知识、用药知识、胰岛素注射、心理因素、自我监测、糖尿病发病的危险因素、糖尿病并发症的危害方面掌握率分别高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。干预1年后,100例2型糖尿病患者的特异性生存质量量表中的总分、满意程度、影响程度及社会、家庭或职业有关的忧虑度及糖尿病的相关忧虑程度各项得分分别明显低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论通过我院体检中心对2型糖尿病患者实施系统的多方面的健康教育干预后,患者对2型糖尿病疾病相关知识的掌握度明显提高,进一步改善了患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the physical examination center health education intervention on type 2 diabetes pa- tients. Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were from June 2012 to June 2014 my courtyard to physical examination in thediagnosis of patients to take centralized instruction, multimedia audio-visual film, towatch, random questions, posters, pictures, health education manual, individual counseling and other forms of health education. After discharge home follow-up, telephone contact guidance. The intervention of health education content mainly includes the process monitoring of psychological intervention, diet, exercise, medication knowledge and intervention, blood glu- cose and blood glucose abnormalities in 5 aspects. Results 1 years after the intervention, the harminduced factors of diabetes, 100 patients with type 2 diabetes diet, exercise, medication knowledge knowledge knowledge, insulin injec- tion, psychological factors, self monitoring, risk factors, the prevalence of diabetes mellitus complications of diabetes control rates were higher than those before intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). 1 years after the intervention, the score of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes specific quality of life scores, satisfaction, influenceand social, family or occupation related anxiety and diabetesrelated anxiety were significantly lower than those before inter- vention, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion through my physical examination center imple- mentation system for patients with type 2 diabetes in manyaspects of health education intervention on disease, in pa- tients with type 2 diabetes type 2 diabetes related knowledge improved obviously, further improve the quality of life of patients
