应用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对安徽省大别山区天堂寨春季开花的30科68种7变种植物的花粉形态进行了观察和研究,提供了花粉图谱、植物生长习性和地理分布范围。同时对该地区植物的生态因子,包括地理位置、海拔高度、年降水量、年积温及生境等进行归纳总结。这些信息可为利用地层中化石花粉重建该地区古气候、古环境及气候变迁提供必要的古生态学研究资料,同时也为研究现代植物地理分布增加参考信息。研究结果为大别山区沉积花粉的准确鉴定提供鉴别指南和标准对照图谱。
Pollen morphology of 68 species and 7 varieties from the Tiantangzhai Mountains was examined and des-cribed under the light microscope(LM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) with the plant growth habit and the geographical distribution attached.The main ecological factors of these plants in the Tiantangzhai mountains are provided,including geographical position(31°10′—31°20′N,115°20′—115°50′E),altitude(560—1 670 mm),annual precipitation(1 932.8 mm) and annual accumulated temperature(4 500—5 500 ℃,≥10 ℃)and hibitat.The information will help to reconstruct the palaeovegetation and palaeoclimate,and to disclose climatic changes by utilizing the assemblage of the fossil pollen of related taxa.The present results show that the pollen morphology of these flowering plant in spring in the study areas are important keys to the identification of deposited pollen grains of related taxa of the Dabieshan Mountains.
