对再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(R-PET)短纤维增强聚丙烯(PP)复合材料进行了研究。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、熔融指数仪、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和万能试验机测定了材料的相结构、加工性能、热学性能和力学性能。采用甲基丙烯酸酸水甘油酯接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-GMA)作为体系的增容剂。结果表明,POE-g-GMA显著增强了纤维和基体两相之间的界面粘接力,改善了纤维的分散性和材料的流动性,也提高了PP的结晶性能。当加入8%~12%(质量分数,下同)的R-PET短纤维,增容后的材料比纯PP具有较好的综合力学性能。
The morphology and properties of short recycled poly(ethylene terephthalate)(R-PET) fiber reinforced polypropylene(PP) composites were studied comprehensively.Glycidyl methacrylate grafted polyethylene-octene copolymer(POE-g-GMA) was added as compatibilizer.The effects of R-PET fiber content and the addition of compatibilizer were examined by scanning electron microscope(SEM),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and mechanical property testing.It is observed that the addition of POE-g-GMA obviously enhances the interfacial adhesion between the two phases of PP and PET,improves the dispersion of R-PET fiber as well as the flowability of the composites,and promotes the crystallization of PP.The results show that the compaibilized composites with 8%~12% R-PET fiber have higher impact strength,tensile strength and flexural modulus than pure PP.
