绝缘子覆冰对电网的安全运行构成巨大威胁,目前有学者提出一种基于半导电RTV的电热防冰法。为了研究这种方法对于绝缘子污闪特性的影响,分别进行了绝缘子的污闪试验,绝缘子受潮试验和电场仿真计算,发现其可以在一定程度上提高绝缘子的污闪电压。由于这种半导电RTV具有较好的憎水迁移性,因此对污闪电压的提高有一定作用。此外,绝缘子半导电涂层增加了表面泄漏电流,对污秽层有烘干作用。同时通过仿真计算研究了涂层对绝缘子电场分布的影响,发现半导电涂层可以均匀绝缘子下表面的电场。综合分析得出半导电涂层的憎水迁移性、对污秽层的烘干作用、对绝缘子下表面电场的均匀作用,共同作用从而提高了绝缘子的污闪电压。
The power system is heavily threatened by insulator icing,so some researchers put forward a method about insulator anti-icing on the basis of the semi-conductive RTV using the heating effect of leakage current.In order to study the influence of this method on the insulator pollution flashover characteristics,we experimentally investigated pollution flashover and moisture and simulated porcelain insulators in the presence and absence of semi-conductive coating.It is concluded that insulator in the presence of semi-conductive coating has higher pollution flashover voltage than normal porcelain insulator.It is known that the hydrophobicity of the semi-conductive coating can improve the pollution flashover characteristics,the coating increases the leakage current under wet conditions,and the heat causes the pollution coating dry.The results of CAD simulation reveal that the coating can reduce the electric field of the lower surface so as to weaken the discharge,improving the pollution flashover characteristics.
