基于智能算法优化支持向量机模型的滑坡稳定性预测

中文摘要:

以中国的果蔬消费量、生产量、种植面积和价格等数据为基础,首先建立了ward系统聚类分析模型,并引入0-1规划模型筛选出人们日常食用的主要果蔬.然后建立灰色预测模型对果蔬消费量进行估计和预测并分析其趋势.建立模糊综合评价模型计算出近20年来中国居民摄入营养素的综合均衡系数,并对近20年中国居民摄入营养素进行定量和定性分析对比.以中国七大区居民各种营养成份人均日摄入量达到标准范围和人均果蔬消费量小于供应量为约束条件,各地区各季度果蔬人均日花费最少为目标建立单目标规划模型,计算出七大地区每季度达到营养均衡各种果蔬年度人均果蔬消耗量.以人均购买水果每年人均消费最少、种植者收益最大、果蔬种植面积最小为目标,建立多目标线性规划模型,利用遗传算法对多目标规划模型进行优化,最后寻找出Pereto最优解.最后将多目标规划模型求解的人均果蔬总花费与单目标规划模型的人均果蔬总花费、人均果蔬实际总花费进行对比分析.

英文摘要:

The paper is based on the data of Chinese fruit and vegetable consumption, production, acreage and price.First, the establishment of a ward cluster analysis model,while introducing 0-1 Planning Model elected people's major daily consumption of fruits and vegetables, Then build the gray forecasting model to estimate and forecasting fruit and vegetable consumption's number and analyze trends. Establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to calculate the nearly 20 years the Chinese residents' intake of nutrients equalizer coefficients,and nearly 20 years Chinese residents in nutrient intake for quantitative and qualitative analysis and comparison, on constraints condition that in China seven area residents per capita daily intake Variety of nutrients reached the standard range and per capita consumption for fruits and vegetables for less than the supply constraints. Each quarter, all regions of fruits and vegetables per day to spend at least as the goal to establish a single objective planning model.Seven regions calculated quarterly per capita consumption of achieve nutritional bal- ance fruits and vegetables year. Per capita annual per capita consumption of fruit purchased at least, the largest grower returns, fruit and vegetable acreage minimum goals, establish a multi-objective linear programming model, the use of genetic algorithms for multi-objective Planning Model to optimize Pareto finally find out the optimal solution. The total cost of fruits and vegetables per capita vegetable finally solving multi-objective Planning Model for the total cost of the single objective Planning Model, the actual total cost per capita of fruits and vegetables were analyzed.
