通过水热法,分别以不同表面活性剂制备了纳米氧化锌微粒。用粘土作为氧化锌载体,应用于烟气中硫化氢的脱除过程中,起到了较好的脱硫效果,该脱硫剂最终选择以亚油酸作为表面活性剂的纳米粉体作为活性组分,以1∶7.5的比例与粘土混合制备成脱硫剂,脱硫的最佳条件为,在无氧条件下,脱硫反应的主要影响因素脱硫温度为25℃,空速为4 700 h^-1。
Nano-ZnO particles were respectively prepared with different surfactants through the hydrothermal method. Clay was used as carrier of zinc oxide to prepare desulfurizer, and it was applied to remove hydrogen sulfide in flue gas, better desulfurization effect was obtained. Linoleic acid was finally selected as surfactant for preparing nanometer powder. Nano-ZnO and clay were mixed at the ratio of 1:7.5 to prepare the desulfurizer. The main factors influencing the desulfurization effect were reaction temperature and airspeed, suitable desulfurization conditions were determined as follows: the reaction temperature 25 ℃ and airspeed 4 700 h^-1 under anaerobic conditions.
