不同有机物料对铝毒土壤上油菜生长的缓解效应研究

利用盆栽试验研究了施用稻草和园林废弃物堆肥对铝毒土壤上油菜生长的缓解效应。结果表明:对照铝毒土壤上生长的油菜遭受铝毒害明显,施用稻草和园林废弃物堆肥能不同程度地缓解铝毒害,其中又以稻草效果更好。稻草和园林废弃物堆肥施用可通过降低土壤交换性铝含量,提高土壤pH、叶片叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性,从而提高油菜叶片光合速率和植株生物量。

英文摘要:

Adopting the method of pot experiment, this paper investigated the alleviation effect office straw and green waste compost on rape (Brassica campestris L.) seedlings grown in aluminum (Al) toxicity soil. The results showed that the seedlings grown of rape, which was severely affected by Al toxicity in acid soil, was improved by the application of rice straw and green waste compost, and the amelioration of rice straw was better than green waste compost. Compared with the control, the application of rice straw and green waste compost could decrease the content of soil exchangeable Al, increase the soil pH, the content of rape leaf chlorophyll, the activities of peroxides and catalase, thus leaded to the significant higher photosynthesis rate and plant biomass.
