Raman spectroscopy has no need of sample preparation,no damage and abundant information,high sensitivity and selectivity of the advantages,is widely used in food science,physics,chemistry,biology,materials science and other fields,it is a kind of to analysis.It is a nondestructive intelligent detection technology which based on the material molecular structure analysis and testing.With the arriving of the information age,Raman function in the grain and other agricultural products quality detection becomes very important,and have broad application prospects.This paper first summarizes the development process of Raman spectroscopy and its extension,and then reviewed the latest research progresses in grain and oil quality inspection,and finally prospects the advances of Raman spectroscopy in the direction of development and research of portable equipment.
