利用常规育种手段得到卡洛斯鹅(♂)和吉林籽鹅(♀)的杂交鹅F1代,通过纯繁(卡洛斯鹅、籽鹅)、回交得到4组不同遗传基础的杂交鹅,测定0~10周龄试验鹅的体重和体尺,探究其生长发育规律,并测定10周龄鹅的屠宰性能,进行相关性分析。结果表明:4组试验鹅早期生长速度快,1~4周龄生长强度大,4~10周龄体重增长快。10周龄时,体重与体斜长、颈长、胫长、胸宽、胸深呈显著正相关。Ⅳ组(F1♂×卡♀)屠宰率达到87.51%,半净膛率为82.68%,全净膛率为75.27%,分别比Ⅱ组(吉林籽鹅纯繁组)高7%、10%、14%。4组试验鹅的屠宰性能指标间存在着较强的相关性。
By conventional breeding methods, F1 generation bases of Carlos geese( ♂ ) and Jilin Zi geese ( ♀ ) were obtained. Through the ways of purebred breeding ( Carlos geese, Jilin Zi geese) and crossing breeding, 4 groups of different genetic geese were obtained. Body weight and body size at 0-10 weeks' geese were tested to determine their growth patterns. Ten weeks' geese were tested to determine slaughter performance and correlation of different indicators was analyzed. The results showed that early growth rate of the geese in the 4 groups was greater. At the age of 1-4 weeks, growth intensity of each group was strong. At the age of 4-10 weeks, weight of each group increased rapidly. At the age of 10 weeks, weight showed significantly positive correlation with body length, neck length, shank length, chest breadth and chest depth. Slaughter rate, half eviscerated and evis- cerated of IWgroup ( F1♂× ♀ ), was 87.51%, 82. 68% and 75.27%, respectively. These indica- tors were 7%, 10% and 14% higher than 11 group (Jilin Zi geese pure breed!ng), respectively. The indicators of slaughter performance showed high correlation among the geese of the 4 groups.
