宏基因组技术是近些年发展起来的生物新技术。其针对环境样本中的全部微生物基因组DNA开展研究,可以覆盖过去无法研究的不可培养微生物,极大地拓宽了研究的广度,因而,一经提出就得到广泛应用,并取得丰富成果。本文主要针对宏基因组技术在酶开发方面的有关应用进行综述。

The metagenomics technology is a kind of new biological technology developed in recent years.Concentrating on all microbial genomic DNA of the sample in the environment,metagenomics can include the microorganisms uncultivated in the past,and greatly broadens the breadth of research,and,once put forward,it has been widely applied,and has got rich results.This article mainly aims at the application of the metagenomics technology in the enzyme development.
