进入21世纪以来战略性新兴产业已经得到了国家、政府乃至整个社会的密切关注,发展战略性新兴产业是一个国家或地区加快产业转型和升级,维持国家或地区经济长期持续繁荣发展的必要选择.本文在对相关文献进行梳理的基础上,提出战略性新兴产业成长的概念模型,并采用5个题项测量产业成长绩效,包括战略性新兴产业成长实力、成熟水平、成长规模、技术发展水平、市场结构稳定性等.同时,采用问卷分析、信效度分析等验证了提出的概念模型,最后通过建立回归模型对战略性新兴产业的成长因素进行了实证分析.

英文摘要：

In the 21 stcentury, the development of Strategic and Emerging Industry has been closely concerned by national government and even the whole society. Developing strategic and emerging industry has been necessary in accelerating industry transformation and upgrading, as well as sustainable prosperity development of economic for one country or region. This paper analyzes the conceptual model of strategic new industrial growth based on the literature review. At the same time, the paper measures industry growth performance with five subjects including growth strength, maturity,scale, technical development level, and structural stability of market. Then the paper verified the conceptual model by using questionnaire analysis, reliability and validity analysis. At last, the paper does an empirical analysis for growth factors by establishing the regression model.
