水煤浆是一种新型、清洁的以煤代油的燃料,具有很多优点,燃用水煤浆对煤炭的综合利用、节约石油能源和环境保护都具有极其重大的意义。为研究用焦沫代替煤为合成气提供碳源,并实现焦沫再利用和煤炭气化的有机结合,本文以煤和焦沫为原料制备水煤焦浆,分析了不同质量配比、粒径分布、添加剂的用量及种类对水煤焦浆的影响。实验结果表明制备水煤焦浆的最佳工艺参数如下:Alfred粒度分布(d0.841-0.42mm/%、d0.42-0.147mm/%、d0.147-0.075mm/%、d0.075-0.044mm/%、d〈0.075/%,质量分数分别为25%、18%、15%、36%),搅拌时间为20 min,山东临猗化工添加剂(LYS)更适合制备水煤焦浆,且添加剂的加入量为制浆原料的3‰。本实验为焦沫的合理利用提供了新思路,对焦化企业发展循环经济具有重要的指导作用。
CWS(Coal Water Slurry) is a new kind of clean fuel with many advantages which makes use of coal instead of oil,and has great significance for the comprehensive utilization of coal,petroleum saving and environmental protection.A large amount of coke breeze is difficult for utilization and harmful to the environment which was generated in process of production of calcium carbide by using coke in Xinjiang Tianye(Group) Co.,Ltd.The recycling and organic combination to coal gasification of coke breeze can be achieved if use it to replace coal for carbon source of syngas.In this work,we prepared the CWS by using coal and coke brezze as the raw materials,and investigated the effects of different mass ratio,particle size distribution,the amount and types of additives for CWS.The results show that the optimum parameter of CWS preparation as below: particle size distribution of Alfred model(d0.841-0.42mm/%,d0.42-0.147mm/%,d0.147-0.075mm/%,d0.075-0.044mm/%,d〈0.075/%),mass fraction(25%,18%,15%,36%),stirring 20 min.The chemical additive(LYS) from Shandong Linyi Co.,Ltd is more suitable for the preparation of CWS,and the amount of additive is 3 ‰ of raw material.This work provides a new way for the rational use of coke brezze and will play an important role in advocating the concept of circular economy by company.
