利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析了机械合金化对Ni、Al、TiO2、B2O3混合粉末组织的影响。采用等离子喷涂在铝合金基体表面制备了Al2O3-TiB2金属陶瓷涂层,并对涂层进行了显微硬度的测试。结果表明,30%Ni-(Al-TiO2-B2O3)粉末球磨20 h后作为喷涂原料效果最好;在铝合金基体表面成功制备了Al2O3-TiB2金属陶瓷涂层,涂层显微硬度高于铝合金,达到了1400 HV0.1。
Effect of mechanical alloying on microstructure of Ni,Al,TiO2 and B2O3 mixed powder was studied by using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The Al2O3-TiB2 metal ceramic coating was plasma sprayed on the surface of aluminum alloy,and microhardness of the coating was tested.The results show that 30%Ni-(Al-TiO2-B2O3) powders which ball-milled for 20 h is the best spraying powders,and Al2O3-TiB2 metal ceramic coating is successfully prepared on the surface of aluminum alloy.The microhardness of metal ceramic coating can reach 1400 HVO.1,which is much higher than that of the aluminum alloy matrix.
