利用拉伸试验、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM),分析了PC在80℃水浴中人工老化800 h过程中的老化行为。结果表明,在热条件下,水有利于PC的水解,在热、水环境中,PC老化主要由水解引起;DSC分析显示,过渡区有两个明显的吸热峰,随着老化的进程,FTIR吸收峰变化;SEM及力学测试都表明,PC在热水老化后脆性提高。
By means of tension test,flourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),this paper analyzed ageing behavior of samples of bisphenol A polycarbonate(PC) in the processing of ageing for 800 hours by soaking PC samples in hot-water of 80 ℃.Results show that water is beneficial for the hydrolysis of PC under thermal condition,and the main mechanism of aging in hot-water is mainly caused by hydrolysis.The DSC analysis shows that there are two obvious endotherm peaks at the transition region.The FTIR analysis shows that absorption peak changes as the aging times increase.In addition,the SEM picture and the result of mechanical testing both show that the brittleness of PC samples increase after aging in hot-water.
