Corresponding author.Yanling Li was born in 1975. She is currently pur- suing the Ph.D. degree in control science and en- gineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She is currently an associate pro- fessor of computer and information technology at Xinyang Normal University. Her research interests include image processing, optimization problems and pattern recognition. E-mail：ly 175 @ 163.com ~i Shen was born 1964. He received the Ph.D. degree in systems engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1998. He is currently a professor of control science and engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include neural networks, optimization problems and pat- tern recognition.
