本文主要研究了金属粉末及金属纤维烧结颈三维形貌的重构算法:基于球-球模型的空间对称性,构造粉末烧结颈三维形貌旋转重构算法;利用平行金属纤维切平面上的截面是圆-圆结构,构造其烧结颈三维形貌的平移重构算法;根据相交金属纤维烧结颈过接点的切平面上截面的椭圆-椭圆结构,旋转切平面,将每个切平面上二维形貌曲线上的点转换到三维形貌对应空间曲线上的点,进行三维重构;利用所构造的算法,对等径与不等径的金属粉末和金属纤维实现了烧结颈的三维形貌的重构。
This paper mainly studies three -dimensional (3D) reconstruction of metal powder and fiber sintered morphology. Based on the spatial symmetry of sphere -sphere model, the 3D morphological rota- tion reconstruction algorithm of the sintered powder is constructed. Based on circular - circle structure of the cross - section of the cutting plane of the intersecting metal interface, the translation reconstruction algorithm of the 3D topography of parallel metal fibers sintering neck is constructed. According to the sections of sintering crunode of two metal fibers which are of oval - oval geometry in the cross section of a cutting plane, rotating tangent plane, the points on the 2D shape curve of each tangent plane convert to the points corresponding to the curve of a 3D shape to carry out a 3D reconstruction. The 3D morphology of the sintered neck is reconstructed fro" the metal powder and the metal fiber with both equal and unequal di- ameters by the constructed algorithm.
