英文摘要：
The paper points out that open innovation plays an important part in harmonious co-governance between university and enterprise. It analyses features and advantages of harmonious co-governance between university and enterprise in open innovation, and makes a study of co-governance mechanism, focusing on the four factors, i.e. integration of technology with business model, introduction and extension of intellectual property, spread and sharing of knowledge, and development of venture capital. It explores how to improve efficiency of co-governance from dynamic mechanism, regulating mechanism and protection mechanism.
