针对基于交货期的小批量流水线调度问题,提出了一种微粒群优化算法。其中利用最小位置值(smallest position value,SPV)规则,使具有连续本质的微粒群算法能直接应用于调度问题,并通过动态调整参数平衡算法的全局搜索和局部搜索的能力。针对微粒群算法容易陷入局部最优的缺陷,利用模拟退火算法的概率突跳机制改进其优化性能,并设计了三种微粒群模拟退火混合算法。最后,仿真实验表明所得算法具有良好的寻优特性与运算效率。
This paper presented a PSO algorithm for the LFSP with respect to earliness and tardiness penalties. Firstly researched sub-lot's allocation of jobs and gave equal-size sub-lot. Secondly, presented particle swarm optimization scheduling algorithm and borrowed smallest position value to enable the continuous particle swarm optimization algorithm to be applied to scheduling problem. Meanwhile through dynamic adjustment of parameters to balance the ability of global search and local search. Thirdly presented three PSO-annealing hybrid algorithm based on PSO and the simulated annealing algorithm. Finally simulation results show the optimization characteristics and the effectiveness of the above algorithms.
