[ Purpose/significance ] This article attempts to analyze the formation way, the paradigm transfer and the knowledge increase structure of digitization scientific community to understand the structure, characteristics and change rules of digitization scientific community and to provide the basis for scientific research innovation and social progress. [ Method/process] Through literature induction and contrast analysis method, this paper expounds the formation way, the paradigm transfer and the knowledge increase structure of digitization scientific community. [ Result/conclusion ] The for- mation of the digitization scientific community is the process of revolution from outside and inside based on meta science and scientific methodology. The transfer from Kuhn paradigm to Grey contextual is the main characteristic of the digitiza- tion scientific community paradigm shift. Information rationality beginning to replace math rationality is the new knowledge growth structure of digitization scientific community.
