By introducing selective possibility functions to Fuzzy Temporal WorkFlow nets （FTWF-nets）, a workflow model named Extended Fuzzy Temporal WorkFlow nets （EFTWF-nets） was proposed. And the calculation method of temporal elements in EFTWF-nets was provided. Then a time performance evaluation approach by decomposition of EFTWF-nets was studied. Finally, a case study was given to illustrate the usage of this approach.
