可变收费是一种在不同时段采取不同收费费率的收费方法,对可变收费理论在高速公路交通需求调控中的应用做了进一步研究;在分析影响高速公路可变收费费率标准的基础上,给出高速公路交通需求模型以及费率同交通量关系模型;根据山东省高速公路调查样本,采用线性回归法对模型进行标定。
The practice of variable toll is a method with different rate of toll at different time. This paper makes further research on the application of variable pricing theory in control of expressway traffic demand. Based on the analysis of the main factors affecting variable pricing rate, this paper gives out the traffic demand model for expressway and the model of the relation between toll rate and traffic volume. According to the samples of Shandong expressway survey, the parameters of model are gained by using linear regression method.
