壳聚精由于具有良好的生物相容性和可生物降解性,在生物医药等领域得到了广泛的应用。笔者利用邻苯二甲酰化壳聚糖RAFT聚合法合成了pH敏感的壳聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸2-羟乙酯。壳聚糖氨基可以与羧基等进行反应,用来包裹含羧基的疏水药物(如萘普生等)。由于壳聚糖在水溶液中的溶解具有pH依赖性,该接枝聚合物可以作为具有pH响应的载药体进行药物输送。
Due to its biodegradability and biocompatibility,there has been many applications of chitosan in biomedical field.Here we report that pH-sensitive chitosan graft copolymers were synthesized via RAFT polymerization of 2-hedroxyethyl acrylate.The amino group of chitosan can be reacted with carboxyl group,which can be used to package the drugs with carboxyl group,such as Naproxen.The graft copolymer may be expected to act as pH-sensitive nanocarrier for drug delivery because of the pH-dependent solubility of chitosan.
