基于燃料氧化分级的原理,设计并搭建了新型串行流化床化学链燃烧反应器,该反应器由空气反应器、气化反应器、还原反应器、空气旋风分离器、燃料旋风分离器、空气返料器、燃料返料器和隔离器组成一个循环回路。采用压力测量和气体成分检测的方法,研究了该系统内的压力分布、物料循环速率以及反应器间气体混合规律。结果表明:隔离器流化风量是影响系统压降以及颗粒循环的决定性因素;空气反应器与燃料反应器之间几乎不发生气体串混,隔离器气体隔离作用良好。
A new kind of Chemical-looping combustion reactor is designed and built based on the principle of step oxidation of fuel,which is composed of an air reactor,a gasification reactor,a reduction reactor,an air cyclone separator,a fuel cyclone separator,an air loop seal,a fuel loop seal and a common loop seal.The pressure distribution,material circulation rate and gas leakage between reactors of the system is studied by means of pressure measuring and gas composition detection.The results show that the inlet flow rate of loop seal is the decisive factor affecting pressure drop and material circulation rate of the system.No gas leakage happens between air reactor and fuel reactor indicating the good isolation effect of the loop seals.
