Via a small sample consisting of 6 top Chinese universities, we introduce 300, 000 RMB being equivalent to an internation al article or an invented patent and 100, 000 RMB equivalent to a national paper. Verified by the national SciTech invest and output we conclude that the trans-equivalence of ROI is an international article or an invented patent matching to 0. 3 million Yuan and a na tional paper to 0. 1 million Yuan, in China.
