针对高强度钢DP800的材料参数确定问题,提出了一种将序列响应面近似模型与小种群遗传算法相结合的材料参数反求方法。以高强钢DP800吸能梁的碰撞力试验曲线为基础,优化设计碰撞力数值仿真曲线,使之与试验曲线相吻合,从而反求出与高强度钢的应力、应变率、温度等相关的材料参数。该方法能有效减少调用有限元计算的次数与物理实验的次数,大大提高参数反求的效率,对提高整车安全性仿真精度具有重要意义。
In order to identify the material parameters of DP800high strength steel,an inverse method for material parameters estimation was proposed based on successive response surface approximate model and micro-genetic algorithm.The basis for the method was impact force experimental curve of absorbing beam made by DP800high strength steel.Material parameters were identified about stress,strain rate,temperature of high-strength steel by optimizing consistency of numerical simulation curve and experimental curve about impacting forces.The method can reduce the finite element computing number and physics experimental number effectively,and can greatly enhance the efficiency of reverse parameters,as well as it has great significance in improving vehicle safety simulation accuracy.
