采用以SiO2为主要杂质组分的低品位菱镁矿和能够提供CaO的白云石为原料,探讨不同煅烧制度下制备MgO膨胀剂(MEA)的可行性。结果表明,延长煅烧时间有利于矿物分解和固相反应,相同掺量下,900、950和1000℃下用莱州低品位菱镁矿制备的MEA砂浆试件膨胀率比850℃下制备的MEA砂浆试件膨胀率大,且950℃保温0.5h时,掺4%、6%、8%和10%莱州低品位菱镁矿制备的MEA砂浆试件膨胀率较其它温度下制备的MEA膨胀率大;900℃煅烧温度以上用莱州低品位菱镁矿制备的MEA砂浆试件膨胀率比相同掺量的用海城低品位菱镁矿制备的MEA砂浆试件膨胀率大。
Preparation of MgO-bearing expansive agents(MEA) with low-grade magnesites whose main component is SiO2 and dolomite which can provide CaO was explored under different calcination systems. Results showed that extending the calcination time was beneficial to the decomposition of the minerals and the solid-state reactions. The mortars containing 4%,6%,8% and 10% MEA prepared with low-grade magnesite from Laizhou calcined at 900℃,950℃, 1000℃ expanded more than that calCined at 850℃,and the expansion of mortars with MEA prepared with low-grade magnesite from Laizhou calcined for 0.5 h at 950℃ was higher than that calcined at 850℃,900℃ and 1000℃ in the same dosage. MEA prepared with low-grade magnesite from Laizhou may cause larger expansion of mortars than that from Haicheng when calcining temperature is equal or higher than 900℃.
