目的 探讨耐氨基糖苷类鲍氏不动杆菌对临床常用抗菌药物的多药耐药性。方法 收集110株不重复鲍氏不动杆菌,采用琼脂稀释法对鲍氏不动杆菌进行药物敏感试验并分析多药耐药谱。结果 鲍氏不动杆菌对氨基糖苷类的耐药率为58.2%~83.8%,且MIC值多〉512μg/ml;对多黏菌素B敏感率为100.0%,其余药物耐药率为43.6%~93.6%;耐氨基糖苷类鲍氏不动杆菌多药耐药率高达97.8%,泛耐药率为10.9%。结论临床分离的鲍氏不动杆菌对氨基糖苷类抗菌药物耐药性严重,耐氨基糖苷类鲍氏不动杆菌多为多药耐药菌株。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the multiple drug resistance of aminoglycoside-resistant Acinetobacter baumanii isolates to 21 commonly used antimicrobial agents.METHODS A total of non-repetitive 110 strains of A.baumanii were collected and the drug susceptibility testing of A.baumannii isolates was determined by agar dilution method.RESULTS Of the 110 A.baumannii isolates,58.2%-83.8% of the isolates were highly resistant to aminoglycoside(MIC 〉512 μg/ml).All of the isolates(100.0%) were susceptible to polymyxin B.The resistant rates to other commonly used drugs varied from 43.6% to 93.6%,97.9% of aminoglycoside-resistant A.baumannii isolates were multiple drug resistant,the pandrug-resistant rate was 10.9%.CONCLUSION The drug resistance of clinical A.baumannii isolates to aminoglycoside antibiotics is serious,and aminoglycoside-resistant A.baumannii isolates are multiple drug resistant.
