Stroke is one common diseases that can cause a great harm to the health of Wrinkly. Cerebral Infarction, Cerebral Hemorrhage （ ICH ）, Subarachnoid Hemorrhage （ SAH ） are the most common types of stroke in clinical practice. Drug Therapy as an effective method plays an important role in the progress of rehabilitation on the stroke patients. Drug Therapy has been used in clinical practice for many years,and now a great progress has been achieved, scientists believe that more and more drugs will be found and used to cure stroke in clinical practice in the future. So more and more stroke patients can gain benefits in the near future. This article reviewed the research progress and problem of Drug Therapy in stroke patients.
