随着我国经济结构和劳动力市场的深入发展,专业学位硕士研究生教育的发展应运而生,并逐渐成为我国培养应用型人才的主要教育模式。通过对中美两国专业硕士学位研究生教育在产生和经济发展背景、发展历程、管理与运行机制以及培养模式等方面的比较,我国专业硕士学位研究生教育应在加强师资力量、强化高校培养自主权的前提下进一步加大发展规模。
With fast development of the market economy and its transformation, China has been boosting professional masters' programs (apart from academic ones) in recent years, enrolling an increasing number of students. Based on the comparison study on the economic background, development process, management and operation mechanism and training mode between China and U.S., we suggests that the government emphasizes more on professional masters education and more autonomy is granted to the institutions of higher learning.
