为了依据巷道围岩临界塑性区范嗣、应力及位移等参数对深井巷道安全性进行判别,基于弹塑性理论及摩尔库仑准则,建立了经过等效变换处理的巷道安全性判别力学模型;以大屯煤电公司孔庄矿7432T作面轨道巷为研究对象,对有无采动影响、是否支护条件下的塑性区范围、应力及位移进行解算、对比和机理分析;结果表明,采动会影响塑性区半径、巷道位移临界值,不会影响塑性区应力临界值;支护会提高塑性区破坏的应力临界值,降低塑性区范围及位移临界值。判别模型解算结果与工程实际相符,等效变换后的深井锚网巷道安全性判别模型有效、实用,能为深井锚网巷道的初步设计及安全判别提供理论参考依据。
In order to discriminate the safety of deep anchor net roadway according to the boundary, stress and deformation parameters of plastic zone, the equivalent transformated mechanical model of roadway safety discrimination was established based on the elastic plastic theory and Mohr Coulomb criterion. Take 7432 working face of Datun coal and electricity company Kongzhuang mine as study object, the boundary, stress and deformation parameters of plastic zone were solved, compared and mechanism analyzed at the condition of whether or not mined or supported. The result shows that the working mining affected the radius and deformation critical value of plastic zone and not the stress critical value, supporting could increase the stress critical value and reduce the boundary and deformation critical value of plastic zone. The solved conclusion of roadway safety discrimination model is conforms to the practical engineering, the equivalent transformated mechanical model is valid and practical, and can provide theoretical basis for the preliminary design and safety assessment of deep anchor net roadway.
