学生评教结果在一定程度上能够反映出教师的教学水平与质量,学生评教成为众多高校评价教师水平的重要指标。盲目的将学生评教结果应用到广大教师队伍是否合理适当,本文通过收集整理内蒙古某高校近6个学期的评教成绩,对学生评教过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出了相应的对策建议。

The result of students＂ evaluation of teaching has become an important index of many colleges and universities to evaluate teachers＂ level which due to the teaching level and quality can be re-flected in the results of students＂ evaluation of teaching to a certain degree. However^it is unadvisable to blindly apply the results of student evaluation to the faculty. The typical probilms in the process of student evaluation are found out and the corresponding suggestions are putted forward？ by collecting the student evaluation results of Inner Mongolia University of Technology ib the past six semesters.
