根据工程实际,建立了水平注汽井内气液分层流动的1∶1实验模型。用皮托管测量了分层流中各相流速,得到了分层流速度分布规律。借助分层流计算模型完成了分层流中速度分布与典型的单相流体流动速度分布的对比,得到了分层流速度分布的数学描述方法。气相流场上部与下部具有不同的速度分布特性,上部与下部速度分布可分别用单相流体流经光滑管和单相流体流经完全粗糙面时的无量纲速度分布表达式来描述,最大偏差都不超过10%;液相速度分布接近线性,只有在较接近下管壁面的区域液相速度分布才可用单相流体流经光滑管的无量纲速度分布表达式来描述。
Based on the real logging conditions,a 1∶1 experimental model is founded about gas-liquid stratified flow in horizontal steam injection well.The velocity in each phase was measured by Pitot tube,and then the velocity distribution characteristic was obtained.Furthermore,by using the stratified flow calculation model,compared is the velocity distribution of stratified flow with the velocity distribution of typical single-phase flow.Analysis results demonstrate that the velocity distribution characteristics are different in the upper and the lower part of gas flow field,and the velocity distribution can be represented by the dimensionless formulae proposed for single phase flow.The formula for the hydraulic smooth pipe is used,whereas in the lower part the formula for the completely rough regime is used(maximum errors both less than 10%).In liquid the velocity distribution is close to linear and only in the vicinity of the bottom pipe wall can the liquid velocity distribution be represented by the dimensionless formula proposed for single phase flow through the hydraulic smooth pipe.
