以离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐([EMIm]Br)作为萃取荆,采用超声辅助萃取-气相色谱法分析红薯样品中农药呋喃丹的残留量,并考察了萃取剂种类、萃取剂浓度及超声时间等因素对萃取效果的影响.在优化实验条件下,呋喃丹色谱峰面积与浓度(0.01—0.50μg/mL)呈良好的线性关系,呋喃丹的检测限为0.006μg/mL.用于大连等5个产地的红薯样品分析,加标回收率为95%~116%.本方法具有萃取效率高、灵敏度高、操作简单、绿色环保等优点,可用于食品中呋喃丹等农药残留量的检测.
A novel method for the determination of carbofuran pesticide in sweet potato was developed using ionic liquid 1 - ethyl - 3 - methylimid - azolium bromide ( E EMIm ] Br) coupled with ultrasonic assisted extraction by gas chromatography. The factors such as extraction agent type, concentration and ultrasonic time affected extraction efficiency. Under the optimized experimental conditions, a good linearity was found in the range of O. O1 -0.5 μg/ mL for carbofuran concentration and its detection limit was O. 006/μg/mL. The recoveries for the pesticide in sweet potato sample from five different areas were in the range of 95% -116%. With the advantages of high extraction efficiency, good sensitivity, simplicity and environmental protection, our method could be used to determine carbofuran pesticide residues in food samples.
