研制出光敏偏振保持掺Er^3+光纤,通过在这种光纤上紫外写入三个光纤光栅,形成对抽运激光高转化效率的谐振腔.在输出功率为23.617 dBm、工作波长为976 nm的激光抽运下,得到均值功率为9.20 dBm、均值中心波长为1554.554 nm的单波长激光输出.在室温下800 min(约13.3 h)的测量时间内,其输出功率的波动为±0.05 dB,中心工作波长的波动为±0.0015 nm.
A photosensitive polarization-maintaining erbium-doped fiber was fabricated experimentally and a high efficiency resonance cavity was set up by writing three fiber Bragg gratings on this fiber using UV laser. The mono-wavelength laser with mean output power of 9.20 dBm and mean wavelength of 1554.554 nm was produced by pumping at a power of 23.617 dBm and wavelength of 976 nm. The fluctuations of output power and wavelength were less then ± 0.05 dB and ± 0.0015 nm for a test time of 800 min, respectively, at room temperature.
