硬质合金中孔洞的形成原因比较复杂,常给合金质量控制带来较大困惑。为了探索硬质合金中大孔洞群的形成原因,采用扫描电镜与能谱分析仪对经超声波清洗后的硬质合金磨削表面进行了观察与分析。结果表明,Cu、团聚态游离碳等杂质元素的存在是导致合金中大孔洞群存在的重要原因。
The formation process of pores or voids in cemented carbide is complicated, which troubles quality control a lot. To investigate the reasons for the formation of macropores in cemented carbide, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy were used to observe and analyse the ground surface of cemented carbide after cleaning by ultrasonic device. It was shown that the existence of impurity elements,e, g. Cu and aggregated free carbon is responsible for the formation of macropores in cemented carbide.
