研究了钒含量和0.22%铜对11Cr-2W低活化马氏体钢组织以及650℃下拉伸、蠕变性能的影响。结果表明:钒含量和0.22%的铜对钢的组织和M23C6相的尺寸没有明显影响,当钒的质量分数为0.105%时,基体中弥散分布的MX相最多且最为细小;当钒的质量分数从0.105%增加到0.203%时,试验钢的抗拉强度从325.2 MPa降低为289.4 MPa,蠕变寿命从370h缩至251h;添加0.22%的铜可以提高试验钢的蠕变寿命。
The influences of vanadium contents and 0.22 wt.%Cu on microstructure and tensile and creep properties at 650 ℃ of an 11Cr-2Wlow activation martensite steel were studied.The results show that vanadium contents and 0.22 wt.%Cu had obvious effects on microstructure and the size of M23C6 phase.When the mass fraction of vanadium was 0.105%,MX phase diffusely distributed in the matrix,and now the phase owned the largest number and smallest size.The tensile strength of the tested steel increased from 325.2MPa to 289.4MPa,and the creep-rupture life decreased from 370 hto 251 h when the mass fraction of vanadium increased from0.105 wt.%to 0.203 wt.%.The creep-rupture life of the tested steel could be increased by adding 0.22 wt.%Cu.
