基于供应链协调理论,通过数学建模和数值分析方法,研究了由一个供应商和一个零售商组成的二级供应链,在供应商可能发生供应中断时收益共享契约对供应链的协调作用。结果表明,当供应商可能发生供应中断且拥有后备生产能力的情况下,收益共享契约具有一定的鲁棒性,能使分散决策的供应链达到协调;但同时,只有供应商供应中断的比率超过一个临界值时,才需要启动后备生产能力。

英文摘要：

A lot of scholars have investigated procurement strategies and inventory management strategies to deal with supply disruption. This paper studied strategies of supply disruption from the perspective of supply chain coordination. Revenue-sharing contract can coordinate supply chains which face with stochastic demand; however, through appropriate parameters designing, revenue-sharing contract can still coordinate the supply chain. Furthermore, the paper concluded the proportion of revenue sharing between partners and restrictions of using back-up capacities of the supplier.
