讨论了基于观测空间的频率偏移传播速度及其计算方法,分析了扰动信息辨识的数学模型的特点,提出一种考虑频率偏移传播速度各向异性的分区扰动辨识方法。该方法将目标电网按地理分区,通过数值仿真提取不同分区的动态频率响应特征,形成目标电网的动态频率响应特征数据库;针对扰动激发的广域动态频率信息,在各分区内进行并行扰动信息辨识,再对结果进行综合得到最终辨识结果。以某电网为例,分析了并行处理的加速比特性,并验证了所提出的分区辨识方法的有效性。
The frequency deviation and its propagation speed are discussed, and the characteristics of the mathematical models for disturbance identification using wide area frequency data are analyzed. A new disturbance identification method considering the difference in frequency deviation propagation speed is proposed. In this method, the whole power system is divided into several zones, the frequency deviation propagation speed vector of every zone is extract by numerical simulation to form the database, and then disturbance identification within every zone is implemented independently with the corresponding speed vector of the zone. The results are synthesized to get the final results. The parallel implementation of the identification progress is done with MATLAB, and several cases are carried out on North China power grid. The speedup ratio is analyzed, numerical results show that the proposed method can appreciably improve the identification accuracy.
