提出一种具有高频逆变能力的多端口变换器。通过集成两个交错并联boost电感,实现了两个交错boost电路,有效地提高了变换器的增益范围,而且可以极大地减小纹波电流。同时该变换器采用了LCLC谐振电路,通过引入一个超级电容,将前面所述两部分结合在一起,实现了多端口输入输出。该变换器采用恒频脉冲宽度调制方式,因此调制方式简单且易于控制,其次恒频控制也可以简化磁性元件和谐振电路的设计。首先介绍了变换器的工作原理,之后通过时域分析,对变换器的增益特性、电流纹波以及软开关的实现条件等进行了详细的分析。最后通过实验对变换器的特性加以验证。
This paper propose a multi-port converter with the capacity of high frequency inverter. Not only the gain range is extended, but also the input current ripple is significantly minimized by integrating two interleaved boost inductors. Meanwhile, the converter also introduces a LCLC resonant circuit. In order to compose a multi-port converter, a super capacitor has been used to connect the boost circuit and the LCLC circuit. Thus, the proposed converter is suitable for renewable energy generation systems, such as photovoltaic, fuel cell and so on. The fixed frequency pulse width modulation is adopted in the converter, so the modulation method is simple and easy to control and it is also helpful to simplify the design of the magnetic elements and harmonic oscillator circuit. The operation principle is introduced and then the gain characteristics, current ripple, the zero voltage switching (ZVS) condition and so on have been analyzed in detail through time -domain analysis. Finally the characteristics of the converter are verified by simulation results.
