动脉自旋标记成像技术利用内源示踪剂标记血液,主要用于定量测量区域脑灌注。近年来,该技术发展出多种成像采集序列,并通过结合测量大脑静脉血氧饱和度的成像技术衍生出脑氧代谢定量测量方案。本文对三种典型的动脉自旋标记序列的成像原理及动脉自旋标记的衍生技术做简单介绍。
The arterial spin labeling (ASL) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is able to quantify regional cerebral blood flow using endogenous contrast agent. Many different ASL sequences had been developed. Related with ASL, MRI techniques for the measurements of cerebral metabolic rate of oxygen (CMRO2) were recently developed. In this paper, the principles of three typical ASL sequences and two related techniques for measuring CMRO2 were reviewed.
